Wow, this is what I say everyday the situation is getting far worst I have never seen such a madness the banksters are going mad they are foreclosing on homes they do not own, and they do not know who holds the asset. What is ever more disgusting is that they know full well they own nothing in the loan file, most of the paper is defective and all have clouds. People need to find a good lawyer and fight the banks are not going by the rules in the least, the Plaintiff`s lawyer is mad as hell they are simply playing with fire, and in the end they will get hurt. Whereas they have hurt millions of people there is a core few I believe who are fighting and some arte doing a great fight. The bankster is pitting the borrower against the lawyers in an effort to discredit the lawyer so they can get the home with no costly resistance. Its time to stand and fight.

The housing war has gotten really very bad and we have not gotten ever near to the middle, there is so much more damage that will be done, a record number of home-owners are being plundered by banksters all over the nation while all the regulators seem to be in a slumber of an everlasting nature.

I think it has not really began in the manner and I think it will fall, this war will crush the financial system completely and the banksters have full knowledge of the proposed outcome. The homeowner must stand up,fight do not walk away from the home get a good lawyer to work for you do not even dream of going in without a good lawyer.

The situation is very fluid at this time there are thousands of of Lawsuits and millions of people suffering having lost their homes. The Banksters are casting blame on the front men while they intend to make off with the homes free.

This is a homeowners war and in many cases it is waged in silence which results in people losing the home,we wish to help stop people from giving up.To help expose information and to centralize all the proper information in one place all in interest of the home owner`s education.

I have seen many people lose their homes for the most part it was because they did not get proper lawyers to help them. I am not seeing the way out of this trouble and the civil courts are the last place to solve this riddle.
